In 2022, the Group of Seven Lake Superior Trail Association was granted access and permissions by the Ministry of Natural Resources to maintain this 1.5 kilometer segment of the Mink Creek Falls Trail. Our goal is to make this particular location safe and moderately accessible by constructing a large staircase and maintaining the existing footpaths. This work will allow more visitors and residents to experience the beauty of Mink Creek Falls Trail. The maintenance and development of the Mink Creek Falls Trail supports our goal to connect Pukaskwa National Park to Neys Provincial Park.
